Addictive.

That's the word which best describes Suits.

You are pulled into a gritty tale of a creature of circumstances - Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) - from the very first frame and it never lets you go. Mike takes the LSAT for others, employing his eidetic memory while he is at it, and somehow manages to make the two ends meet.

A twist of fate, and this talented fellow finds himself in the recruitment room of a legendary New York closer Harvey Specter (Macht). Harvey tests his knowledge of the law, and discovers that although he isn't from Harvard, he would make a brilliant associate : he sees a bit of himself in him.

From then on, it's a great mix of office politics and the looming threat of Mike's un-Harvard past being exposed. Rick Hoffman as Louis Litt is a character with whom you'll have a love-hate relationship.

The season one finale leaves you on a cliffhanger, desperately wanting to see what becomes of Specter and his favourite associate.

If you like style and substance, this show is your thing. Don't miss it.


PS : The second half of the second season re-commences this January, on the 17th. Make sure you have seen the previous season by then.
